  • Verifiable Parental Consent: We do not collect or process personal information (including voice data) from children under the age of 13 (US/COPPA) or 16 (EU/GDPR-K) without first obtaining verifiable consent from a parent or guardian during the App setup.

  • Voice Data Usage: Voice recordings are collected solely to facilitate the toy’s AI functionality and the Parental Monitoring feature. We do not use children’s voice data for behavioral advertising.

  • Parental Rights: You have the right to review the personal information and conversation logs collected from your child, or direct us to delete this data at any time via the App settings.

  • Data Minimization: We only retain children's data for as long as necessary to provide the monitoring service or as required by law.
