Hi everyone, I'm John, founder of Joyoverse. It all started with my own kid getting completely lost in the iPad. I knew something had to change. So instead of taking the screen away, I built something better. Something that actually engages my kid's attention, enhances his learning and capture his imagination. That's why Joyoverse exists.

What age group is Bondu designed for?

Bondu is designed for children ages of 4 to 8, when curiosity, imagination and BIG feelings are growing fast. (Ages below 4 are not generally recommended given the conversational component of the product). Because Bondu is powered by AI, it learns and grows alongside your child, making every stage of play fresh and exciting. 

Does Bondu require Wi-Fi?

Yes, Bondu requires a stable Wi-Fi connection to chat, play and learn. However, you can use a phone hotspot to play with Bondu anywhere.

Can I see what conversations Bondu & my child are having?

Yes, parents have full control over their child’s personal information and chat history in the Bondu app. There you will be able to review, manage, or delete your child’s chats, history and/or personal information at any time with ease.

Are my conversations with Bondu stored or shared with anyone?


Conversations are never shared or sold. Data is stored securely to ensure Bondu is learning and growing alongside your child.  Through the app, you can review or delete any data at any time.

What is your return policy?

We hope your child falls in love with Bondu, but if it isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Contact our support team at contact@joyoverse.com. Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of the returned Bondu.
